When Can I Expect to Receive My Finished Videos/Photos?

For Essential and Premium shoots, you can expect a 2-3 business day turnaround, beginning once we receive the shipment of your product.

Lifestyle shoots require additional planning and coordination as we work closely with you to ensure every detail aligns with your vision. While lifestyle shoots may take longer to execute, once everything is wrapped up, you can still expect the final edited content to be delivered within 2-3 business days.

Where Do I Ship My Products to?

You will ship them to our location.

Will I Get My Products Back After The Shoot?

Yes, you can choose to have them shipped back for an additional $15 charge + shipping fees. Just be sure to select the option on your form.

If you don't choose to have them shipped back, we will hold onto your products for a period of time in case you will need any additional content. (typically a few weeks) Afterwards, any unused products will be donated or discarded.

How Can I Provide Input and Feedback Without Meetings?

For our standard packages, all communication can be handled via email at hello@honeycut.io. Feel free to send us screen recordings, audio messages, or any other format that helps you communicate your needs. We’ll respond quickly.

With Honeycut+, you'll also have access to a dedicated Trello board and Slack integration.The Trello board centralizes all your requests, and Slack ensures seamless, real-time communication and notifications, making the process even more efficient.

Can I Request Edits or Revisions to the content I Receive?

Each plan includes a specified number of revisions. If you need additional revisions beyond what’s included, a fee of $75 will apply.

How Many Products Should I Ship?

We suggest sending at least 3 of the same product to account for potential dents or scratches during shipping and to provide us with more options.

Ultimately, it's up to you. If you send less than 3, that's perfectly fine. We'll make the best with what we've got.

Can We Have Our Videos In Different Formats?

Yes, if you want additional edits for different formats, add the "Vertical & Square Edits" option at checkout. You'll receive 2 additional edits. of your video in vertical (9x16) and square (1x1) formats.

If you want a specific format for your video, just be sure to add it on your form.

Can We Provide Input Before The Shoot?

Absolutely. As long as it is within the scope of the package. You can provide input through whichever channel we offer that is most convenient for your team.

Can we have voiceover in oUr videos?

If you provide us the voiceover track, we can use it in your video! We currently don't offer voiceover work in-house.

Are There Any Refunds?

Due to the nature of work, no refunds will be issued. If there are specific circumstances, please contact us at hello@honeycut.io

Honeycut+ FAQ

How Does The Honeycut+ Work?

The Honeycut+ subscription offers unlimited access to all our services. You can submit as many requests as you'd like through your personalized Trello board. We'll prioritize from top to bottom. Send any products you'd like for us to shoot, and we'll get to work on your requests. We recommend batching requests so we can work efficiently on getting your videos/photos back to you.

In addition, every 3rd and 9th month of your subscription, you can opt for a lifestyle shoot to showcase your products in a natural, engaging setting. On your Trello board, you will have an additional tab of lifestyle requests. Add them there, and we'll get your content filmed and photographed. We will collaborate with you on locations and talent.

There are no contracts and you can pause or cancel anytime.

What Does Unlimited Requests Mean?

On your Trello board, you can add however many requests you would like. Within each board you can add additional instructions and input, such as screen recordings, examples, audio messages, etc.

We will work one by one with whatever is at the top of your requests board.

Why Not Just Hire Someone Full-Time?

Hiring an experienced full-time employee is expensive. Honeycut provides an alternative for those who prioritize quality without compromising on efficiency.

Are There any contracts or commitments with Honeycut+?

Nope. You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time.
